Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the software industry and 2 years in leading technical teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or Computer Science. Having a Masters would be advantageous.
• Proven expertise in either Enterprise Java or PHP stacks.
• Experience in JavaScript Frameworks, HTML5, Adobe Flex and other rich client technologies will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills is a must.
• Must be a passionate and enthusiastic technologist who has a knack for delivering high quality products.
• Has to have a blend of technical skills, leadership, creativity, and an intuitive sense of usability.
